Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University of Beirut, an Executive MBA from the University of Manchester, and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner. Led the efforts to establish and grow IMA’s operations and successfully designed programs and initiatives engaging key industry stakeholders.

    Profound knowledge of the region having worked in the UAE, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia and has held positions in both finance and consultancy in organizations such as the Central Bank of Lebanon, the British Council, Nakheel PJSC, and MCI.

    Driven by challenge and a desire for continuous improvement, she brings 20 years of experience in assisting organizations effectively execute business strategies and helping teams and individuals reach their full career potential.

    Ms. Daaboul, is a Finance Business partner with over 17 years of experience in FMCG and automotive industry. She currently leads Finance for Nespresso Asia Pacific Zone located in Switzerland. Prior to that Hiba spent 10 years with Nestle Middle East in different roles in Regional Decision Support, Business Excellence and various controlling roles. She is a CMA holder since 2010, and
    acquired an MBA from Cass Business School in 2018.

    Hiba is a strong believer in continuous development and making the best of what one have. Her favorite quote by Aristotle is “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”

    Ms. Alkahtani is a seasoned corporate director having served the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNG-HA) for over 22 years. Her experience focused on clinical, operations, supply chain management, strategic planning, accounting, financial technology, and value-based health care delivery. She is certified in Healthcare Financial Management (CHFM) from the American
    Institute for Healthcare Quality(AIHQ).

    She holds three (3) Masters degrees in the fields of Healthcare and Hospital Administration ( MHHA from King Saudi University- Saudi Arabia), Medical Sciences (Master of Science (M.Sc.) from University of Glasgow – United Kingdom) and Business Administration (MBA specialized in finance (M.Fin) from the University of Leicester - United Kingdom).
