    Jessy El Murr is an international correspondent, media advisor and founder of Motahadith|a. El Murr has gained over 18+ yrs media experience working for international news outlets such as BBC, Forbes and SKY News. She has covered military, political and business news from Washington, Istanbul, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi and Beirut. In 2012, she became the1st Arab female correspondent to complete an embed with US troops in Afghanistan and later completed an embed with US Navy on board several aircraft carriers including USS Eisenhower. She holds a Masters degree in integrated journalism and several coaching certificates. El Murr speaks 3 languages.

    In the current role, Blerina serves as the responsible go-to focal point for all Lockheed Martin customers and business areas in the Middle East. She reports to Gen (ret.) John Nicholson – Lockheed Martin Chief Executive for the Middle East and is responsible for driving enterprise-wide business strategies that support the corporate country vision and the company growth. Making sure to be providing an understanding of Regional culture and business processes by addressing customer’s needs, Blerina leads relationships with various government entities like defense organization, MOD, Armed Forces, Embassies and so on. At the same she is invested into promoting women in the region and serves as the Chairwoman of Lockheed Martin Women Impact Network (WIN) for the Middle East, KSA and Africa.

    She is specialized in Tax Law and holds two Masters Degrees with a focus on International Trade and Business Management from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. Before joining the Defense Industry she was a BlueBook Trainee for the European Union Commission. In 2012 she joined the Leonardo Corporate offices in Rome as part of the International BD team and reported directly to the Middle East and Americas SVP and since then she has been focused on the defense industry in the Middle East, Africa, Pakistan and Iraq. During the time in Leonardo Blerina supported various negotiations in the Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and so on . In 2018, Blerina joined Mubadala Group primarily to establish and oversee the Mubadala Aerospace Commercial Department and reported to the company General Counsel/dotted line to the Division CEO. During the Mubadala tenure among various responsibilities she was appointed as Chief Negotiator to represent the interest of Mubadala, Tawazun, EDGE Group and Etihad Airways in two occasions. Blerina joined Lockheed Martin in early 2021 and she resides in Abu Dhabi with her husband and her daughter Alexandra.

    Courtney Sader is General Counsel for Raytheon Emirates ltd., Raytheon Saudi Arabia, and Raytheon Doha as well as legal counsel for the MENA region for Raytheon Missiles and Defense where she serves as a member of the leadership team for and is responsible for managing all legal matters including prime and sub contractor procurements, offsets and other transactions, corporate governance, joint ventures, human resources and anticorruption compliance.

    Since joining Raytheon, Courtney has served as primary product line counsel on the Air Warfare Systems product line. She also provided legal support to the Land Warfare Systems product line, the International Commercial Organization, and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, Courtney participated as an active member on the Raytheon International Working Group, an enterprise wide collaboration to address international legal issues impacting the company, headed out of the Raytheon Washington Office. Courtney also served as Senior Manager and Counsel for the Raytheon Anti-corruption and International Agreements group where she was focused primarily on providing legal advice on Middle East and North Africa matters, including 3rd party intermediaries and compliance with foreign and domestic anti-corruption laws.

    Prior to joining Raytheon, Courtney served as legal counsel for Textron Inc. where she provided primary legal support for all international matters at the Textron Systems business division. She also supported the U.S. government contracting function. For the last three of those years she was promoted to serve as Assistant General Counsel and General Manager for Textron’s Abu Dhabi office. There she functioned as the primary legal support for GCC-related matters, including transactions, legal entities and compliance across the entire company.

    Courtney holds two bachelors and one masters degrees from the University of Maryland and a juris doctorate from Temple Law School.

    She also serves as a board member at AmCham Abu Dhabi and is an active co-chair of the AmCham Abu Dhabi Business Leadership Alliance and a member of the legal affairs committee.

    Christina Struller is the Vice President of Corporate Affairs for UPS in the Indian subcontinent, Middle East, and Africa(ISMEA), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

    She is responsible for engaging key political and policy stakeholders in the region to ensure UPS remains a trusted partner for government agencies and international trade organizations and creates positive impact through storytelling, communications, community relations, marketing and sustainability strategies. Her core focus areas and interests are increasing cross border trade, identifying ways to assist SMBs access global markets, sustainability and climate change, and championing diversity and inclusion. She has extensive experience facilitating cross border trade through public affairs, marketing, and sales in the ISMEA region.

    Christina was the UPS Global Public Affairs lead on Dubai Expo 2020 and played an instrumental role in driving UPS’s partnership with Women 20 (W20), the Women’s Engagement Group of the G20, to further UPS’s vision of supporting the growth of women-led businesses in the region. She is also at the forefront of the UPS collaboration with the UAE Ministry of Economy’s “The Entrepreneurial Nation” ScaleUp Export program and leads UPS’ partnership with the International Trade Center (ITC) and Dubai Industries & Exports for SheTrades MENA, which empowers women entrepreneurs in the region to export and reach international marketplaces. In addition, she is the chair of the Women Economic Empowerment Committee of the Multinational Companies Business Group (MCBG), serves on the Advisory Council for WEConnect International in MENA, is the co-chair of the UPS Women Leadership Development Business Resource Group in the UAE and a co-chair of the UPS ISMEA Sustainability Council. She also serves as a board member at the National Association of Freight & Logistics (NAFL) in the UAE and at the American Chamber of Commerce in Abu Dhabi (AmCham Abu Dhabi) and is an active co-chair of the AmCham Abu Dhabi Business Leadership Alliance (BLA) Committee.

    Prior to joining UPS, Christina worked with the American Chamber of Commerce in Abu Dhabi, where she was responsible for building strategic partnerships with private and governmental entities across the region. She has also led industry focus groups for AmCham, in various sectors including healthcare, defense, aerospace, security, and cyber. Christina was influential in creating positive brand awareness, as well as identifying new business opportunities during her time in AmCham.

    She also held executive positions in marketing and sales at leading hospitality chains such as Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, and Shangri-La’s Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa in Oman.

    Christina holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Strathclyde where she graduated with distinction.

    Rima is Head of Corporate Affairs at Viatris, for Middle East, North Africa, and Eurasia. Rima leads the Public Affairs, Policy, and Communications workstreams and teams across the region and countries.

    Before joining Viatris in 2020, Rima was the Corporate Affairs, Health & Value, and Communications Lead for North Africa, Egypt and Levant at Upjohn Pfizer Division. At EliLilly & Company where she spent more than 15 years, she evolved into several roles overseeing Communications, Access, and Advocacy covering the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, including assignments in Europe and Indianapolis.

    Rima has a passion for working and empowering the careers of diverse teams, building positive corporate reputation and public private partnerships, connecting stakeholders for a meaningful footprint, to the benefit of customers and the communities.

    Born in Lebanon, Rima did her undergraduate studies at the American University of Beirut and few years later received her MBA from HEC Business School in France. She currently lives in the United Arab Emirates with her family.
