    Badr Al-Olama is an entrepreneurial executive with a deep passion for transformational impact-driven investments. During his tenure with Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), Badr was responsible for the UAE Clusters portfolio which included a diverse set of businesses that span across aerospace, technology, and healthcare; forging strategic partnerships with global organizations and establishing a startup ecosystem to further contribute towards economic growth and diversification.

Badr is the Chairman at Emirates Post Group and currently serves on the board of Al Yah Satellite Communications Company (Yahsat), SHUAA Capital, Yas Holding, and various automotive joint ventures. Badr has been leading the organizing committee for the Global Manufacturing and Industrialisation Summit (GMIS) since its inception, prior to which he was the former Chief Executive Officer of Strata Manufacturing, the former President of the UAE Harvard Club, and previously served as a member of the UAE Ministerial Council on the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Badr was nominated as a ‘Young Global Leader for the Middle East and North Africa Region’ by the World Economic Forum in 2016. He began his career as a lawyer and holds an LL.M from Harvard Law School.

    Francesca Gori is the Regional Director of Legal Services at Accenture for Compliance, Operations, Regulatory and Employment law. She leads a team of approximately 40 in-house talented lawyers across Middle East, Africa and ASIA PACIFIC, and is also the General counsel for Accenture in Middle East.

    Throughout her career, she gained extensive experience in major international law firms providing support to multinational companies. During her 18-year tenure with Accenture, Francesca has been part of several global project implementation initiatives, as well as the set-up of new operations and legal entities across the Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa, Asia and Latin America regions.

    Francesca holds a Law degree from L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli University in Rome, Italy, and has a strong background in Compliance, Employment Law, Immigration and Corporate law, Data Privacy, and Regulatory matters across EMEA. She lives in Dubai with her son Leonardo of 13 years old and enjoys spending time with her family.

    Nadim Hasbani has 20 years of experience across Europe, the Middle East and Asia in the areas of public/political communication and Government Affairs in some of the world's most sophisticated regulatory environments.
    Prior to moving with Microsoft in 2021 where he is heading the Government Affairs and technology regulation for UAE, Nadim worked with Philip Morris International (PMI) in Dubai where he was leading their government relations for GCC countries. He moved in 2014 to Singapore to head PMI’s Corporate Affairs function there for a couple years and to Indonesia in 2016 to head the Regulatory Department of PMI. He was PMI’s Government Affairs Director for South and South East Asia from 2018 to 2020.
    Nadim worked with major US and International Think Thanks such as the International Crisis Group in Brussels and the Carnegie Endowment in Beirut where he was the regional Communications Director for Middle East North Africa.
    He holds a PhD in Geopolitics of the UAE from the Paris University as well as two Masters in Communication and in Political Sciences. Nadim taught in several European universities and is authors of books and dozens of articles about the Middle East, the GCC and the UAE.

    Morad has a BSc degree in electrical engineering from the University of Jordan since 1998. He joined HPE (Compaq) in 2000 and progressed in his career across different functions and responsibilities from services, presales management, and executive sponsorship.

    Prior to joining Fragomen, Shoaib lead regionally significant national projects for an international financial institution in the development sector as well as the Energy sector in the Middle East.
